Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form. We also collect the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
When uploading images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Although we have blocked downloading images, visitors to the website might be able to extract any location data from images on the website.
When and if you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.
Upon visiting our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

Where your data is sent
Visitor comments are checked through an automated spam detection service. This is for administration and website protection only. During checkout, your chosen payment information is shared with the payment gateway to enable completion of an order. Outside of these two necessary transfers of data, no user data is shared or sold to anybody for any reason. Logs are kept for our legal protection only.
Misuse
The administration claims the right to deny access to anyone they deem unsuitable or potentially dangerous to the administration or other users of the website. This includes a variety of unwanted behaviors such as spamming (incessant advertisement), attempted hacking, obnoxious behavior toward other users, etc.
Non Payment
We will accept payment by personal or business check and/or postal money orders. Shipping of any items purchased by this method will not take place until those funds clear our financial institution. This can and does take some time. A bounced or rubber check will get you banned automatically and permanently regardless of any excuse made.
State Taxes
As a New Jersey registered retailer, we are required to collect state sales tax of any order paid by or delivered to a New Jersey resident. A New Jersey business making a purchase will not be charged the state sales tax rate on one condition; we must have a valid NJ Resale Certificate on file from you with a legitimate registration number.
