Sequani Circa 50 BC, AR Quinarius, s a small silver coin from Roman Gaul Celtic region what is now modern France. Minted mid 1st century BC. by the Qunari, a Celtic people absorbed into the Roman Empire about the same time.

Sequani AR Quinarius: A type of ancient Roman coin. “Sequani” refers to the Sequani, a Gallic people that issued the coins. “AR” stands for Argentum, the Latin word for silver, indicating the coin’s material. “Quinarius” signifies the coin’s denomination, equivalent to a quarter of an As, a basic Roman copper coin.
