Proof errors are scarce. This 2009 S Lincoln Presidency Proof Cent was struck thru debris across the bottom of the L in LIBERTY. Appears like a hook. Has attained some very nice toning over the years and was taken out of the proof set only to send for grading thus the 68RB grade.
