This PA-167 Colonial Pennsylvania Ten Shilling Note, dated October 1, 1773, is a piece of historical currency from the colonial era of American history. The ten shilling note features intricate engravings and designs in balck and red inks that are characteristic of the time period, representing the craftsmanship and artistry of early American currency. Featuring three distinct signatures, this note is a rare and valuable piece of history that provides a glimpse into the economic and financial system of Colonial Pennsylvania. It has been folded at it’s center in both hemnispheres and is fragile in that area. The reverse has a missing design piece. It is Graded by PCGS as Very Good 10.

Signatures – William Fisher Jr., and the other two hard to make out, all in black ink

Serial Number – 32104 and printed by Hall and Sellers

All of our ungraded notes are shipped within a hard plastic display casing sold by Guardhouse and may be kept or reused if needed and adds three to five dollars to the cost depending on size.
